We do not offer returns due to the nature of sealed product in the industry. Though, if a product arrives damaged or different than described, email us and we will remedy the issue.

Cancellations can be done prior to shipment of ordered product, but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. The fee amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. This is to cover the processing fee we are charged when the transaction is made.

Please read before placing a pre-order: 
When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Nico & Nova Novelties, all other items will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means if a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all of the other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially refunded or partially cancelled.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Credit Card/Paypal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
